    5.2 You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content without prior written consent.

  6. PAYMENT TERMS
    6.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
    6.2 Payments are processed through Razorpay. Card data is handled solely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
    6.3 You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us (via Razorpay) to charge the applicable fees.

  7. REFUND POLICY
    Services are non‑transferable and non‑refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees or charges. Any refund issued, if at all, will be at our sole discretion and may be provided as store credit. (See our full     Refund Policy.)

  8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
    By submitting your information or purchasing a Service, you consent to receive promotional emails, newsletters, and targeted advertising (including look‑alike audiences on Meta and LinkedIn). You may opt out of emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

  9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on the Site are owned or licensed by Outland Circle and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

  10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
    You agree not to: a) Use the Services for any unlawful purpose; b) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the content; d) Post or transmit any harmful or infringing material.

  12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

  17. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms, along with the     Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Outland Circle regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
